The man's target is a woman living alone and going about her daily life, unaware that she is being watched. After waiting for the woman to leave her home, the man enters and sets up a hidden camera.

That night, the woman returns home after a party, heavily intoxicated. She struggles to move, feels extremely unwell, and tries to reach the bathroom or toilet. As a result, she vomits, and the contents of her stomach, consisting of food and alcohol mixed with gastric juice, are released.

The viewer is then treated to candid documentary footage captured by a hidden camera.
